I share a cozy townhouse in the Blue Mountains with my husband and our cat – close enough to Sydney for client meetings or a quick flight to other parts of Australia.

     My wardrobe is deliberately small. I rarely wear the pieces I choose for my clients, as I’m neither a jeans nor a trousers person. I’m a skirt devotee—and happily on the curvier side. I know what flatters my shape and I feel confident in the clothes I select for myself.

     Fashion has fascinated me for as long as I can remember, but only in recent years have I truly honed my styling skills.

On a recent trip to Melbourne with a friend (who also happens to be a client) a young couple stopped us to say how stunning she looked. Their admiration wasn’t for me but for the way she embodied the looks I had chosen for her. Honestly, what greater compliment could a personal stylist receive?
